Services delivered include responsive website design, ecommerce builds, and redesign projects. Deliverables, milestones and acceptance criteria are defined in the project proposal and statement of work.

Estimates are valid for 30 days. Standard terms require an initial deposit with staged payments tied to milestones. Cancellation terms and refund policy are specified in individual contracts.

Nexalvia warrants reasonable care in delivery. Liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service except where legally prohibited. Intellectual property for bespoke deliverables transfers on final payment unless otherwise agreed.
